We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or AmazonPay.

We ship to all states in the US. We also ship to most international addresses.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by DG, a refund will be issued in full.

All products are shipped by us from Solana Beach, CA.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 (USA only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Domestic Shipping (within the US):
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping (varies by country):
First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days once they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking link.

Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Della Grigio purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a $5 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Fragile items that were not properly repackaged and arrive to us damaged will not be refunded.

One received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know if your return was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
